Jay Ferro
EVP, Chief Information, Technology, and Product Officer at Clario
Jay Ferro is an award-winning technology leader who works with diverse global corporations to accelerate growth, improve profitability and achieve exceptional results. He serves as chief information, technology and product officer for Clario, a global data and technology company that minimizes risk and uncertainty in clinical trials.
Before Clario, Jay was an information and technology executive for several companies, including The QUIKRETE Companies, Rackspace, TransPerfect, EarthLink and the American Cancer Society, where he led a historic digital transformation and guided the consolidation of 12 independent companies into one global entity.
Ferro started his career at American International Group (AIG) in 2003 as director of IT strategic planning and left as chief information officer for AIG Aerospace and AIG Personal Lines.
Ferro is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer and has been featured in publications, including Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review and CIO magazine.
In addition to his professional work, he serves on multiple community boards, including Catholic Charities of Atlanta and Inspiredu.
Ferro earned a bachelor’s degree in political science in 1996 and an MBA in 2003 from the University of Georgia. He lives in Atlanta with his three sons.
